HP All-in-One 27 Desktop PC 27-cb0000a (3B5K3AV)

Soo as the Head says, how could I possibly connect my ps4 to my monitor wia hdmi, and how can I activate it to work?

I have tried connecting the cable and starting my ps4 while my pc was off but it didnt work.

Can anyone help or suggest something?

Please check your machine, does it have a button (location 5 of the first image) and HDMI in port (location 8 on the second image)? If yes, you can use that button to tell your system which HDMI port (in or out) you want to use.
