How do I connect a laptop to the HP Pavillion All-in-One to use as an external monitor to Laptop ?

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion All-in-One PC, V8P29#ABA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Model No. 24-b016; [edit]

I want to use the All-in-one internal monitor as an external display for a laptop.  Is this possible?  if yes, what cable is required for input to All-in-one from HDMI output from laptop?

No you can't, it does not in port for you to connect. Its specs

Some HP AIO machines have HDMI in port, some HP AIO machines have HDMI out port, some have both and some have no HDMI port at all.

Normally HDMI in port is for game consoles such as XBox, PS4 ... Laptops MAY work.  But your machine does not have this option/function

Regards.
