How do i connect my HP AIO to my laptop so i can use laptop as second screen?

I have HDMI in and out ports.

 

I have tried connecting hdmi lead via outport from pc to laptop but nothing seems to happen, it doesn't pick up laptop screen.

The laptop only has an HDMI out port, not an HDMI in port.

If you want to use 24-k as a monitor, you can connect it, and there is a monitor menu button on the back of the lower right corner of the screen, which can be set to use as a monitor.
