@Patrick8793 -- short answer: a lot of money.

 

I presume that you can find a replacement, either via: http://PartSurfer.HP.com or by a Google-search for the part-number (maybe on the back of your current screen) to find a supplier.

 

Then, pay a computer technician for 1 or 2 hours to disassemble/replace/assemble/test.
