Product: HP X27qc QHD Gaming Monitor

I have case <removed by a moderator> with Monitor HP X27qc.

 

The case was closed by HP without coming to a resolution.   Initially, I was promised that the monitor would be replaced in 6 days, but after 6 days, I did not receive the monitor or any message from HP. 

 

I contacted HP few times, and at some point, the Logistic assistant emailed me suggesting that I change the monitor to the worst model than I own (screen/resolution low end). I used that monitor for specific use cases requiring high-density monitors, so I rejected such an offer.

 

After that, HP support deleted my case.

How can I escalate that case to reach a successful resolution - monitor delivery?
