I am experiencing vertical line on my newly purchased All in one desktop. I have sent mails , call support team and logged case id for the same.
But after logging complaint there is no action from service provider or I am not receiving any updates on it. Whether I needs to wait or escalate the matter.
Who is the perfect person to escalate with?
Please guide on the above.
