How to recativate Touch screen?

HP Recommended
AIO - 24-b114
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AIO is about 3 years old. The pinch / touch screen used to work.  It stopped several months ago.  I have checked device manager and it does not appear to no longer have the HID - Compliant Touch Screen option.  Windows 10 was just reloaded / updated due to another problem, but the TS stopped way before that.  Is their a driver missing or something?  How do I reactivate my touch screen?  Thanks

Do you have any 'Unknown' devices in device manager?

Go into BIOS and make sure all the INTERNAL USB Ports are ENABLED.

Install the latest HP UEFI Diags and run them (F2 on boot) Go to component tests and Touch Screen.

If touch screen is not there, then it's either faulty or disabled in BIOS (Internal USB ports)
