Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

 

  • Step 1: Check the power
  • Step 2: Check for fan noises, beeps, and power lights
  • Step 3: Reset the monitor
  • Step 4: Check for error messages on the monitor
  • Step 5: Check cable connections
  • Step 6: Connect the computer to another monitor
