- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Step 1: Check the power
- Step 2: Check for fan noises, beeps, and power lights
- Step 3: Reset the monitor
- Step 4: Check for error messages on the monitor
- Step 5: Check cable connections
- Step 6: Connect the computer to another monitor
