I purchase this product 12/20/2022. It has stopped working twice now. The first time due to a bad cord and now it just will not come on at all. The product indicates that the warranty is up but It hasn't been a year. The this process of reaching customer service is very difficult and I need to talk to a person to get this issue resolved. I need a phone number to talk to someone.
