I am looking to add 4 monitors to my hp slim. Is it possible to? I have 2 added and working I purchased a docking station to add 2 more monitors but the docking station is a usb c will this work??

You must indicate the complete model or product number that has this form ASDFG#ABC, but seeing the series that belongs to this PC, I do not think it has a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort, for this reason can not be used for extra monitors. Then I think your device has an i9ntel UHD, these support up to 3 monitors.

As I have indicated above, your USB port is not compatible with DisplayLink, so you cannot connect monitors.

 

only that I know can use dock with DisplayLink technology (see link at the end), These dock can by software and hardware transmit image to the monitors. I leave the link if you want to consult for a model that interests you.
