Product: Pavilion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the hp pav.x360 convertible and it came with the pen. My stylus works perfectly. So we bought a second laptop like it. Except this one is the hp envy x360 came with a stylus as well but for some reason we ha e been through 3 styluses from hp and they will work for about a day and then stop working completely. If I use the stylus from the pavilion on the envy laptop it works perfectly but I tried to use the envy stylus on the pavilion to see it it was the pen or the envy acting strangely and the pen with the envy wobt work with either laptop. I called hp and they told me i bought the wrong pen but I didnt buy the pens they each came from hp with new purchase of laptop. I need a stylus that will work.
