Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just connected a new HP32s to my dell PC.  It worked fine until the first time I restarted the pc. Now I only have a black screen and the mouse

Hello
It would seem that the screen works, but a problem with the pc!
To confirm, use the screen with another PC if possible!
And even better to test another screen with this pc!
As we are here to troubleshoot Hp products, we will have to turn to Dell, if my intuition is good

For me, it's the pc that has a problem here
