I can not set 144 Hz

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good day!
I am using a translator, so my English may look strange.

There is a HP22x monitor. When purchasing this monitor, it was stated that its frequency is 144 Hz. at a resolution of 1920x1080.
Only 120 Hz can be selected in the screen settings. On the advice, I changed the cable HDMI which was included with HDMI 2.0b good quality, but still it is not possible to set 144 Hz.
Is it possible to solve this problem?

@Bad_Gamer Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to set the 144Hz.

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Please update the graphics drivers on your computer.
