No matter what I try, I can't get this machine to sleep. The display just stays on constantly. I have followed numerous YouTube videos to try to fix the problem, to no avail. If I click the power button and hit sleep it sleeps briefly and then the display comes right back on. At one point when I updated my operating system from Windows 11 home to windows 11 pro it did sleep for a while but then the next day it was right back to the same problem. I don't know what to do. I'm at my wits end, can someone help me with this?

Can you run the energy report and the sleep study?
