I have a 5yr old ENVY 27 inch IPS monitor that blanks out when hot, is it repairable?

ENVY 27 27 inch monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The monitor blanks out when hot, after 30 minutes of use. Sometimes it comes back, but then blanks out again. Tried the monitor on two different windows 10 computers, the problem follows the monitor.

@Keith74

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there seems to be an issue with the monitor's display.

Appreciate you trying to troubleshoot and isolate the problem. As this is a hardware issue, the monitor needs to be serviced.
