Product: ENVY 27 27 inch monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The monitor blanks out when hot, after 30 minutes of use. Sometimes it comes back, but then blanks out again. Tried the monitor on two different windows 10 computers, the problem follows the monitor.

Appreciate you trying to troubleshoot and isolate the problem. As this is a hardware issue, the monitor needs to be serviced.
