I have a video error

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a desktop product no#4MA05AA#ABG and serial no# [edited] .   I had a video TDR error yesterday whatever that means. Can I have some help I've updated everything and optimised. I had recent hardware driver changes, but I'm not sure if I've made any changes to video

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you able to sign into windows desktop?

The video TDR error the graphics device is being overloaded or used beyond its capabilities if you've added extra graphic card try to remove and check the computer.
