Product: HP all in one PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue due to poor quality of the video acquired through integrated webcam. the videos are recorded at a resolution of 640x360 pixels. Image is blurry and not defined, even in good light conditions. It seems out of focus.

what web cam is this? internal or external.
