HP All in One F0011
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Upgraded RAM from 4 gigs to 16 gigs. The monitor is black and I can hear the fan and the computer booting up. No beeping. I have tried hard reset. Computer works when I put the 4 gigs back into machine. Help.
