Hi @Roop13,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand you are getting a BSOD error on the Pc To help you better, please do share the error message or the image of the error so I can try to check and help you better in solving the issue.

While you are getting the error, do try to run a Hardware test on the Pc and let me know the result to help you better.

Extensive Test

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, as it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
