I moved my HP 23es monitor, touched one of the menue buttons and the screen now is blue.

HP 23 es monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I moved my monitor to the other side of the desk, and hit one or more of the buttons on the bottom during the move.  Now, my screen is blue, making it hard to see the printing.  How do I return it to the original color.  I have restarted the computer, and the monitor, and uninstalled the monitor and reinstalled it.  No change.

@RogerinSeattle, Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers, and tips to your technical queries.

I understand that the menu screen is popping up.

Have tried to change any setting on the monitor?

However, follow the below steps that could fix the issue.

  • Press and hold the Menu button on the bottom side of the front bezel for 10 seconds to disable the OSD Lockout function.
  • You can also press the Menu button, and then select Image Control > Auto-Adjustment from the OSD menu.

If the issue persists, I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for further assistance.
If your product is out of warranty, then remember to choose the paid options to get the tech support number.

They might have multiple options to help you on this.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp
Step 2. Enter a Product number or select to auto-detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

Keep me posted on any other assistance. Hope that helps!

Have a great day ahead!
