Product: ENVY Phoenix h9-1400t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My AMD Ratheon 7670HD graphics card is dying. I have been getting screens with blue stripes, glitchy screens, black screens or screens that have shifter left. I don’t know what type of graphic card is compatible with my machine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have Radeon HD 7670 (1 GB) drive installed on the PC.

See the below configuration:

HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
