You need this screen part number and description:

 

L75154-J7223.8,IPS,FHD,250nit,AG,3S,ES8,ZBD,INX

 

As far as I can tell, the part you need is not available from HP, so you will have to find it from a 3rd party reseller.

I found one listing on eBay:
