I have a HP USB C G5 Essential Dock that when connected to the displays flicker every few moments. I have tested the dock with known working display, hdmi, and vga to display adapter cables. I have also tested using a known working laptop and monitor. All drivers are up to date. When i try to open up a repair ticket I get sent to a repair site which do not work on docks. Please assist
