Hi @Ghosty277,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I see from the post that you are having issues playing games via Nvidia graphics card on your HP Envy Touchsmart PC. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Did this happen after an update/upgrade to Windows 10?

When was the last time it worked (date)?

Have you tried to disable Intel graphics card?

In the meantime, let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the PC.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to try disabling Intel graphics card from Device Manager and then restart the PC and now check if it works.

For more details, please follow this link.

Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you.
