Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello i have a HP pavilion laptop and want to display 2 different screens on 2 monitors.. eg email on 1 monitor and chrome on the 2nd monitor. I have a HDMI splitter but display on both monitors is duplicated from laptop. Is there a program/application or setting so to achieve this?

The splitter gives 2 screens same information because they come from one source.  We need to know what is your machine first. Thousands and thousands of different models/products are out there.
