Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4

Hi there, I want to add 3 external monitors to my MacBook M1 Max 2021 so I can work on a bigger setup.

 

I recently purchased the HP G4 Thunderbolt 280W docking station today so I could add 2 display ports together with 1 HDMI to 1 cable to put in my MacBook.

 

Unfortunately, I am receiving only 1 monitor on my display settings. Whatever I try, only 1 external monitor shows up. The other 2 are getting signal, they are even turned on - but they just mirror the working screen.

 

I have tried everything I can, I also spoke to an Apple Senior Advisor who tried helping me with screenshare, but that still did not work. I hope one of you could help me fix this issue. When I close my laptop, the "main screen" appears on my monitor, and both other monitors are just mirroring again.

 

What I exactly want: I want my MacBook to be charged and used for my 3 monitors( AOC 24G2U) at the same time while my laptop is closed.
