Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ive watched many videos but all of them say connect your hdmi to ur ps4 and ur computer then click ur hdmi button to change it but i have no such thing do i have to change something in my computer or do i have to buy something to make it show the ps4 screen

If your model HP has two HDMI ports, one is most likely the IN port -- and that is the one you have to use.

 

IF it does not, there are no HDMI IN ports and you can not do this.
