The HDMI port on your AIO is for input only. There are two ways but both will have lag for games.
You can cast your display onto your TV using WiFi. If the TV is not smart then you need either that MIcrosoft WIFi adapter or a Roku. This works best if your AIO is hardwired to a modem as the Wi-Fi can be dedicated to connecting to the TV.
The other option is a USB2/USB3 adapter (not cable!) that had HDMI. Expect $40 to $75 for a quality USB to HDMI adapter.
