Product: Pavilion 32 QHD

Hi Team,

I have a Display port to HDMI converter which I have connected to the monitor.

Input to Monitor: Display port and on the other end, I have an HDMI extender connected to a Firestick(needs HDMI). 

 

Also, I was trying to connect mac book to the desktop using USB-c type converter cable and it says input is inactive. 

Kindly help me with the issue. 

only HDMI port is working fine.
