According to the manual of my E27d G4, it should be possible to connect my second computer to the monitor using (in my case) a DP connection and USB 3.0 to USB-C connection. The secondary USB-C port should then be configured in upstream mode by setting the KVM mode to on. However, I don't have the KVM mode option available at all in the Management menu of the monitor. When I use my secondary computer, the audio jack actually does work properly, but the USB-ports on the backside of the monitor (which I intend to use for keyboard and mouse) aren't working. What is the solution to this problem?
