Hi,
As you can see in the picture, part of the laptop has come apart from the casing on the left hand side. More recently, the laptop has become unusable as on start up, there was a warning that there is a problem with the fans and that the laptop could cut out. I suspect these issues are linked, but not sure what to do to fix the problems.

I understand that the laptop coming apart and the fan issue.

 

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
