Product: HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC IDS Base Model

I can’t turn on my laptop, I hold down the off button for between 15-20 secs the keyboard lights up the fan starts going really loudly but the screen remains black.  I’ve tried a number of different things, tapping the ESC upon starting up still nothing on the screen, the whole windows B for the BIOS and nothing.  The motherboard for this laptop was also replaced by HP about a year ago now so why am I having this problem again?! I’ve been trying for an hour, and nothing.
