HP Recommended

Hello everybody,
my company purchased any monitors series HP EliteDisplay E243m Monitors (23.8 ") 
Among these about 3 years old, some have the LCD display that detaches in the upper central part and detaches from the frame: have someone found any autonomous solution? (can it be glued? and, if so, with what kind of glue?)

Monitors are out of warranty ...
