OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0000a (ID 9NA86AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the computer either enters sleep mode or you select a restart, the video signal is gone.  Monitor shows no signal. Need to turn of the computer then unplug of 10 minutes. After that period of time the computer works again.  Have replaced the video card (GEFORCE GTX) but did not solve the problem. Ran diagnostics with no faults showing. The system is a little over a year old and have had no problems till this started about a week ago

This is a sleep problem.  A temporary fix that might work is to select hibernate instead of sleep in the power settings.  A windows feature update probably messed with the sleep function.

I looked over here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000a/33802656

and there have been a huge number of BIOS upgrades in the last 1/2 year.

Please click on that link and let the system determine which drivers or bios update is the correct one.

The ROM families 87c3, 8703 and 8704 are listed as bios updates.  Your hp assistant should be checked to verify your motherboard has the same ID before upgradeing.

I was leaning in the direction of a Window update that might have messed with the Sleep/Restart functionality so I loaded Windows 11. Still having the same issues.  I did check all the drivers using the link you sent but all are up to date.  Read somewhere that the PSU could cause a problem.  When I find the solution I will post it.
