I have a brand new M24f monitor that is flashing colors on the screen and will not connect to my computer. The flashing began happening when I plugged it in for the first time out of the packaging(before it was connected to my computer). I have tried connecting it to my computer as well & the flashing continues. When I push any buttons on the bottom of the screen I get a menu with MODEL NAME: , FW VER: , HW VER: , DATE: , SN: , AUTO COLOR: , & PANEL: and when I press a each button it shows "KEY # PRESSED" at the bottom of the menu.
I bought two M24f monitors at the same time and the other one is working fine with my computer. Is there a way to reset the monitor that isn't working?

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Could you please share the picture of the monitor screen?
- Have you tried with the different cables?
