MY MONITOR KEEP AUTO CHANGING INPUT AND THE MENU IN THE RIGHT BTM SIDE KEEP POPS OUT. I TRIED TO UNPLUG IT N WAIT FOR IT BUT IT SEEMS USELESS.THE MONITOR STATUS KEEP POPS OUT N SHOWS THAT MY PC IS CHANGING FROM HDM1 TO HDMI 2 THEN VGA.

The monitor just keep auto changing the input form hdmi 1-2 to vga and the osd menu keeps popping up

I read all other issues and tried all the solution . Is this hp’s faults cause I found a lot of user who is using go 25es facing the same problem

If that's the case, I'd request you to contact HP's phone support team for further assistance.

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

 

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
