Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b010a (Touch)

When I turn the computer on, I can hear it wanting to start but the screen is just black. This has been a great computer until this point. Has anyone got some advice for me please. What should I do or what can I do? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks
