I just replaced one of my dual 24 mh monitors and out of the box it is dull and a little grainy. So far as i can tell it was new and not refurbished because the backlight hours coincide with the amount of use. The turnaround time for another replacement is around 10 days.
My question is what is the likelihood they will replace it? how did it pass testing in the first place? it should not have made it out of production unless they don't test or it fell within a given range. What i don't want to do is send it back only to have it sent back to me.
How noticeable is it? well with a white background and the brightness turned all the way up it is still not as white as it's partner with factory default settings. Should i send it back?
PS I rolled cables and HDMI ports separately, i reset both to factory defaults and the problem stayed with the monitor. its definitely the monitor
