Monitor Went Black

I heard a loud pop noise, my PC shut off. When I turned it back on my power button lite up, the PC was making noise (no beeping, but clicking noise and I believe the fan) BUT my screen remained BLACK. I tried all the the “reboot and hard resets” that were listed online and still nothing. I think the Monitor went bad/blew. What part would I need to replace, and is there a video online somewhere for me to see how to replace it? I am not tech savy.
