Product: HP Pavilion 32 QHD 32-inch Display

My HP monitor 32QHD is attached to an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti adapter.  I am using a 4-year old Dell system with recent Windows 11 upgrade.   Nothing has changed (knowingly) over the last several weeks, but yesterday, my HP monitor goes blank (black) and after a second comes back.  No data loss or anything.  Wondering which device or software is the problem.
