Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm having issues with my office hp 1702 desktop computer whenever I start up the system it displays nothing except monitor going to sleep and the screen is also blank. Pls what and what should I press on the keyboard  or any else where so my monitor can start displaying house pls help me out

My HP monitor suddenly did not display anything except for the term "Monitor going to sleep" and sometimes a window shows with a term of DVI: no signal; VGA: no signal
