Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I put my desktop pc/monitor in sleep mode, when I try to turn it back on the on/off light blinks and takes forever to turn on.  Also does anyone know how to get to live chat without using the product # (I got the # off the back of the monitor but the system won't take it). Thx for any help!
