Product: HPw2228h
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been gifted a HPw2228h monitor (that was part of a desktop system) to connect to my laptop to enhance my screen. However, it works for a few minutes, or for an hour and then goes into sleep mode. I have checked my screen saver and they are all set to NONE as I use my laptop for various long running presentations.  I have tested my laptop connected to a TV using the same HDMI cable and it doesnt switch off even after many hours.  Please can anyone offer any help?  I have done a factory reset on the screen as well.  I've tried numerous different HDMI cables too.  Anyone got any ideas please?  BTW I'm using a HP LAPTOP-89MLQO0S
