Monitor not working PX849A

HP Color Monitor 17" 

Appears as if no power; power lead and other leads all okay.  Your help appreciated.  Has the monitor have an internal fuse for safety>

Hi @MikePerreau

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps -

 

1) Turn off the monitor using the Power button on the front.
2) If the Power button does not respond, unplug the power cord from the back of monitor and wait five seconds.
3) Plug the power cord back in.

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue.
