Product: Pavilion HPE series

1. Monitor kept going black, had to hard reboot, then wouldn't turn back on after hard reboot.

2. purchased new HP V222vb monitor-same but newer.  New monitor turned itself off and will not turn back on, even after rebooting.

@mummert80 -- if you connect either of your two monitors to a different computer, does each monitor work correctly?  The problem could be "inside" your desktop computer, not with either monitor.
