Pavillion 32 QHD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Apologies if this question has been asked. I checked previous posts, but nothing helped - idea-wise. I recently purchased a Pavillion 32 QHD. I have attached it to a new Dell XPS 8930 via an HDMI cable. When I boot the computer, I get a white power light and about 3 other green LED flashes, but the monitor doesn't power up.

Actions taken:

I have pressed the power button on the back of the monitor to be sure that it on.

I have done a hard reboot after removing the computer power cord.

I have checked both HDMI connections.

Any suggestions would be apreciated.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please perform a Monitor self Test. Unplug the Monitor from the DELL Laptop and turn on the monitor.

Let me know if you see the RGB box color

Also have you tried this Monitor with any other computers?

Keep me posted
