HP Recommended

I have an HP Pavilion All-in-One Desktop. It has one HDMI in port and one HDMI out port. I have 2 monitors I would like to hook up to it so I would have 3 screens (the desktop and the 2 monitors). Is that possible?

I got an HDMI splitter for the HDMI in port and both monitors are identifying as screen 2, but I need 3 separate screens. Is that possible?
