Is there an icon for the ODD in 'My Computer' or Explorer?

Do you have a bootable CD/DVD (Such as a Windows installation disc?) If so, you could try booting off it to see if the issue is just Windows related.

To boot off the CD, insert it, restart the PC and tap either ESC or F9 and you'll be presented with a boot menu. choose the DVD drive.

Let us know the results.

I have already tried this nothing happened.

Then your ODD is knackered mate and it's just coincidence that it happened after Windows 10 install. You'll need to buy another and replace it. They're cheap, so it's a worthwhile repair.
